Our company, with over 20 years of experience in the solid-liquid separation field, not only offers you high-quality sieves, grates, and filter sectors for centrifuges but also provides a centrifuge maintenance service suitable for any business. For this purpose, we offer the assistance of our qualified Technical Service either on-site or at our mechanical workshop. Depending on the severity of the issue, our service is delivered with speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to address the most critical problems these machines may encounter.
\nOur interventions on centrifuges include at least the following operations:<\/p>\n

  • Complete disassembly of the machine<\/li>\n
  • Inspection and balancing of baskets<\/li>\n
  • Inspection of the pusher shaft, related piston, and guide bushings<\/li>\n
  • Seal integrity check of the pusher shaft<\/li>\n
  • Replacement of bearings and seals<\/li>\n
  • Replacement of all worn spare parts and\/or reconditioning and grinding of worn parts<\/li>\n
